If you ever wondered how to get a custom leather kart jacket like the ones the champions wear, then look no further! Advanced Design has been producing the champions choice for karting since 1999. Whether it's on the asphalt, or on the dirt, our kart jackets set the standard, and will help you project a winning image.
Kart jackets include as standard, a custom tailored fit unique to you, 7” brass sleeve zippers, heavy duty brass front zipper, and a full liner. Kart jackets are fully lined and finished. Every kart jacket we produce is custom made using your measurements.
Also available is the option of two different weights of leather to suit your individual driving preferences. You can have either the full competition weight top grain cowhide, which offers the utmost in abrasion protection and durability, or you may opt for the slightly lighter kart weight leather, which offers a lighter and more flexible fit. We are proud to now offer an excellent kart weight jacket package at a great price thanks to better technology and a great leather source. This package includes your choice of our kart weight leather in your choice of blue, black, white, red, orange, and grey. Most karters prefer the slightly lighter kart weight leather, which offers a lighter and more flexible fit. Also included in this great deal is your last name in leather letters, embroidered first name, and club or class name on the front. You can even change colors at regular seams if you want to. As in all our custom products, you can outfit your jacket with a variety of padding options should you desire it. We offer leather pads, and closed cell foam. We have also developed a new heat shielding pad for karters who have hot exhaust issues on their upper arms. Ask us about it! Ventilation is also available.These options are available at extra cost.
For custom logos and lettering, we are pleased to offer embroidery options, both standard and custom (priced on request), to our customers in addition to our hand-cut leather lettering and artwork. Almost anything is possible if you want it! Ask about team shirts too! We can make your pit crew look as good as you!
